The primary goal of this project was to rethink the Marketplace creating a tailored look and feel based on the Bank Brandbook & Web Design System.
Also, the Bank undertook a strategic initiative to redesign customer loyalty application as a Progressive Web App (PWA) to help their clients to get discounts near them.
My job always starts with questions. That way I could understand both the big picture of a company and the user personas.
Initial sketches and wireframes based on eCommerce and customer rewards software best practices and the existing branding.
We envisioned several ways to navigate trough the discounts and offers based on a map, an advanced search with filters, and a profile page with all user details (+Total Points, Saved Offers, etc).
The focus of this Figma Interactive Prototype was to showcase the main features of the mobile App. ICBC Clients can browse the available discounts and other benefits near them using their mobile device's GPS location. The User can log in with their Personal Banking Access or Social Login. Search: with smart filters, our customers can narrow down the results and find exciting offers from ICBC partners.
