Medable was growing fast — but its digital presence was fragmented. Over 4 years, I helped transform its global web properties into a scalable design ecosystem.
Side by Side with my teammates, I led the Web UX/UI Design of 10 different initiatives pivoting different internal and cross-functional teams. I was in charge to assist the company with Webflow Design and Development during a time of rapid expansion.
Medable is based on Palo Alto, and provides a global cloud platform to build remote and decentralized clinical trials.
Their mission is to accelerate the delivery of effective therapies by transforming clinical research with digital tools, enabling remote participation, and improving patient access worldwide.
To speak with one voice, the brand embarked on a journey to unify its web presence—navigating outdated tools, siloed teams, and creating a web design system that include rules and simple components to make it available cross-company.
Medable Inc. is more than a company. From my perspective is a community of scientists, academics, engineers and software builders around helping trial participants and other key audiences.
I worked As UX/UI Designer, Web Manager and Webflow Developer, with 10 different internal teams to launch digital initiatives using Design Thinking, Coding and Agile methodologies to create better digital content across all company digital touchpoints.
My job always starts with questions. That way I could understand both the big picture of a company and the user personas.
Working side by side with the VP of Brand and the Creative Director, I lead the Website design and development working in tandem with an external agency and my Design Studio Teammates.
I served as consultant for ADA AA Compliance and better integration of 3rd Party Cookie Consent Workflows. The goal was to revamp the existing marketing website at medable.com using their Webflow Enterprise account.
The final 3.0 website reflect a global digital brand experience across all touchpoints, showcasing the company achievements in terms of product growth, knowledge, customer support and awards.
Performance Marketing was my central team but I worked with other teams like Design Studio, Experience Design, Patients Advocate Center, Customer Support, Platform Innovation, Enterprise Clients, Legal, Delivery, Tech Writers, and more!
Building a final Figma project with polished components help the team to utilize the resources via a clear framing all of the spectrum about styles, libraries, and other ready to use web assets.
I provide Web Design and Webflow development support to the company across projects that spans areas like: customer support, marketing, enterprise customers, design studio and more. Below you will find short references to each Design project.

Design Strategy
The goal was to pivot from fragmented outputs to a unified, scalable system that could:
Provide a seamless UX across platforms.
Adapt to different team workflows.
Serve consistent branding and logic.
The solution focused on creating a headless portal that connects to all existing CMSs and tools via APIs,
supported by:
A theme and CSS framework.
A shared UI component system.
Access control tailored per team.
